How quickly do you respond to support tickets?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Premium and Enterprise users receive priority support with guaranteed 4-hour response times during market hours (Monday–Friday, 00:00–23:59 UTC).
Do you offer phone support?
Currently we provide support through email, Discord, and Telegram. Enterprise clients have access to dedicated video call support with their assigned account manager for real-time troubleshooting.
