Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

At Kyros, we take your privacy and the security of your data seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and share your personal information when you use our website, application, and automated trading services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service, including:

  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and preference settings.
  • API Credentials and Trading Data: To execute trades, we require your broker account details (such as MetaTrader 5 login, password, and server). We encrypt and store these credentials securely to connect our AI engine to your broker.
  • Transaction and Billing Information: For paid tiers, we process transaction data, subscription plans, and deposit amounts. Payment details are handled by our secure third-party payment processors.
  • Usage and Technical Data: We automatically collect log data, device details, IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems to monitor performance and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various business and operational purposes, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our trading platform and AI engine.
  • Connect to your broker accounts and execute authorized trades.
  • Analyze trading performance, monitor risk, and optimize AI models.
  • Process billing, verify account tiers, and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Send you platform alerts, performance updates, and technical notifications.
  • Respond to your support requests and improve user experience.

3. Data Security and Encryption

Security is at the core of our infrastructure. We implement robust, industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal data and trading credentials:

  • Encryption: All sensitive data, including broker API keys and account passwords, are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. All network communications are encrypted via TLS 1.3.
  • Access Controls: We enforce strict access controls on our database. Your broker credentials are only accessible by automated, containerized microservices running in isolated environments.
  • Vulnerability Monitoring: Our codebase and infrastructure undergo regular automated vulnerability scans and periodic third-party security audits.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including:

  • Cloud Hosting Providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a self-hosted Windows VPS for hosting our servers and databases.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe and crypto gateways for secure processing of subscriptions.
  • Analytics Services: Services like Google Analytics or PostHog to analyze usage behavior and improve the platform.
  • Broker Partners: Data required to establish connections to MT5 servers for executing trades as requested.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track platform activity, maintain session state, and store preference selections. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our platform. For more details, please review our Cookie Policy.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data and trading credentials only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you close your account or request data deletion, we will purge your personal details and broker credentials from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under local data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), including:

  • The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you.
  • The right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to object to or restrict our processing of your personal data.
