How do I connect my MT5 broker account?

Navigate to Dashboard → Broker Settings and enter your MT5 login credentials. Our system encrypts them using AES-256 before storing.

Can I run multiple bots at the same time?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans support unlimited concurrent bots. Starter plans allow up to 3 active bots.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Your bots run on our cloud servers, not your device. They continue executing 24/7 regardless of your local connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
